It is a neurological condition called Brachioradial Pruritus that involves irritation of the nerves in the arm along their pathway. 

Debilitating abnormal skin sensations can be experienced on the outer forearms, upper arms, and occasionally the tops of the shoulders and neck.

The affected person may describe sensations such as itching, burning, ants crawling underneath the skin and occasionally prickling or stinging. It leads to an individual wanting to scratch their arms or needing ice to alleviate the itching. 

Step 1 - Examination

This step begins with a comprehensive assessment to make sure we target the root cause of the itching.

We have invested in the latest ultrasound imaging technology to examine the health of the structures along the pathway of the nerves in the arms.

This enables us to target the exact source of your symptoms. 

Step 2 - Treatment

Our specialist regenerative injection therapy involves the injection of a natural solution with tiny fine needles, which have been shown in studies to strengthen and repair the structures surrounding the nerves in the arms, allowing the itching to subside. Immediately before the injections, we use a gentle therapy device called INDIBA to reduce inflammation in the area and enhance the absorption of the injections. The INDIBA device has been around for over 35 years and has established a strong research pedigree with over 300 scientific studies supporting its technology, including research from Oxford University.
