What Makes 3D-Printed Orthotics Different?

Phits orthotics are the world’s first high-tech 3D printed insoles, custom-designed using RSscan Footscan® gait analysis. This advanced technology allows us to create orthotics with unmatched:
- Precision for optimal performance.
- Stability to support proper foot motion.
- Durability to last longer than traditional orthotics.
Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or on your feet all day at work, Phits orthotics are designed to improve movement efficiency, reduce injury risks, and keep you comfortable.
What Are Orthotics Used For?

Foot Pain
Orthotics are used to address all types of foot injuries including:
- Plantar Fasciitis
- Heel Pain
- Metatarsalgia
- Pain in the Ball of The Foot
- Fallen Arches
- Heel Spurs
- Walking / Gait Problems

Ankle Pain
Orthotics can be used to address injuries in the ankle joint and tissues around it such as:
- Achilles Tendonitis
- Ankle Hypermobility
- Ligament Strains

Back And Knee Pain
Orthotics help to correct imbalances in the movement patterns of the feet.
Correction of these imbalances can help to improve the function of other areas in the body, particularly the knee joints and the lower back.

Arthritis
The improvement in foot movement and the cushioning and support that orthotics provide can help to offload other joints.
This can make a big difference if you are struggling with knee or hip arthritis, making walking easier and less painful.
The Cirencester Orthotic Therapy Program

Step 1: Examination and Gait Assessment
During the comprehensive gait assessment, your practitioner will perform an examination of your feet and ankles and the way you walk.
This allows for an overview of the alignment, movement and muscle function of the lower limbs, taking into account your specific circumstances and history.
We will then use our 3D Laser Scan and computerised pressure mat to conduct a highly accurate gait and pressure points analysis. This provides an enormous amount of detailed information into the unique timing and pressure of your gait, that cannot be seen with the naked eye. This information also indicates whether you will benefit from a custom orthotic or not.

Step 2: Hands-On Treatment
Our knowledgable and experienced physiotherapist will carry out a treatment plan tailored to your specific circumstances, injury and goals.
Our committed team use a very much hands on treatment approach to get you out of pain and back on the road to recovery.
Unlike many clinics, here at Active Therapy Clinic, we always begin with hands on treatment to reduce tissue tension and prepare your joints for orthotics.
Step 3: 3D Printed Orthotics
Here at Active Therapy Clinic in Cirencester, we have invested in the latest orthotics technology to get the best result for our patients.
If appropriate we may advise you to go ahead with custom orthotics. We use the latest 3D-Printed Orthotics, which provide:
- the perfect fit
- superior comfort
and are the most accurate and precise available on the market today!
